By accessing this site and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site or place any orders.
Mini Verse® reserves the right to change these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Your continued use signifies agreement to the revised terms. You should check this page periodically for updates.
Placing Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, you will be notified by email and provided options to modify or cancel your order.
- We make all efforts to provide current quantity available and accurate shipping dates and times on our site. But these are only estimates and subject to change.
- You must be at least 18 years old with a valid credit card to place an order.
- Mini Verse® reserves the right to cancel any orders we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent.
Payment
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. All credit card charges are handled through secure third-party processors. We do not store credit card details.
- Sales tax will be calculated during checkout based on delivery destination.
- You will be charged when the order is shipped. If payment fails, the order may be cancelled.
Shipping & Delivery
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed during checkout.
- Orders are usually processed within 2 business days and shipped via carrier displayed during checkout. Once shipped, we cannot redirect packages.
- Delivery dates provided are estimates only based on carrier schedules. We are not liable for carrier delays due to weather, strikes, or other conditions out of our control.
- If a product is damaged during shipment, do not accept delivery. Contact us immediately to resolve.
- We do not ship to PO boxes within the UK. We ship to most international destinations, which may incur additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- Products must be in original packaging, unused and undamaged. We do not accept returns of used products.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We will issue refunds once returned products are inspected.
- Refunds are issued in the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for refund processing.
- Sale items purchased at a discount cannot be refunded for more than the price paid.
Product Representations
Mini Verse® strives to accurately display and describe products offered on our site. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, information or other content is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
